Please check out Baltimore's Anti-Animal Abuse Commission and the "Show Your Soft Side" campaign. I spoke with Dr. Lockwood briefly at the press conference last week. We appreciate his support and participation here in Baltimore so much. As a pit bull owner/advocate/volunteer in Baltimore City I can assure you that we have a huge issue here with animal abuse and dogfighting and need all the help we can get here in Baltimore. BARCS is under-staffed and under-funded and could use your support. These wonderful pit bulls and cats that make up the vast majority of the homeless animals deserve the best.
